Respecting the privacy of user personal information is a consistent system of EPR. Unless required by law or authorized government departments or with the user's consent, EPR shall not disclose user personal information to third parties other than cooperating units without the user's consent. However, unless the user chooses or agrees during registration, or there are other agreements between the user and EPR and their cooperating units regarding the disclosure or use of the user's personal information, the user shall bear any risks that may arise as a result, and EPR shall not be held responsible for this. At the same time, in order to operate and improve EPR's technology and services, we may use or provide non personal identity information of users to third parties, which will help provide users with a better user experience and improve the quality of our services.
